Registration is happening SOON!  Baseball brochures and registration forms will be distributed to schools. You will then be able to register for Stoughton Baseball by completing our online application, the Registration Form found in this booklet or getting the form on line here. Mail or bring the form with payment by registration deadline to be guaranteed placement on team.  Registration required for all players K - 9th Grade

Make the check payable to SALL. Please list the players name on the check. Scholarships available, contact the League representative.

WHERE	New ONLINE!!! (our preferred method) BY MAIL starting February 5th, 2010 Registration Form HERE Stoughton Baseball 2364 Jackson St BOX 161 Stoughton, WI 53589 Indicate league or level on envelope  (ex. Tball, Machine Pitch, Minors, etc..) IN PERSON Saturday, Feb. 20th   9 am to 11 am at River Bluff
WHEN	BY MAIL starting February 5th, 2010 IN PERSON Saturday, Feb. 20th   9 am to 11 am at River Bluff Late Fee Date/DEADLINE Friday, Feb. 26th, 2010 Applications mailed after this date must be mailed, include a $25 late fee payment & players are placed on a waiting list
WHAT TO BRING	Registration form Payment Make the check payable to the organization listed in the League description (SALL or SAYB) First year players must include copy of birth certificate
WHAT ELSE	LATE REGISTRATION  Late registrations must be sent by mail with payment. Players will be placed on waiting lists, subject to availability $25 LATE FEE SALL registrations mailed after Feb. 26, 2010 must include an additional $25 late fee to be accepted. REGISTRATION ENDS Registrations are NOT accepted after March 22, 2010.
