Registration is happening NOW!  Baseball brochures and registration forms have been distributed to schools.. You can register for Stoughton Baseball by completing the Registration Form found in this booklet or getting the form on line here. Mail or bring the form with payment by registration deadline to be guaranteed placement on team.  Registration required for all players K - 9th Grade

Make the check payable to the organization listed in the League description (SALL or SAYB). Please list the players name on the check. Scholarships available, contact the League representative.
 

WHAT	SALL or SAYB Registration Registration required for all players K - 9th Grade
WHERE	BY MAIL starting January 30th, 2008 Stoughton Baseball 2364 Jackson St BOX 161 Stoughton, WI 53589 Indicate league or level on envelope (ex. Tball, Machine Pitch, Minors, etc..) IN PERSON Thursday, Feb. 14th 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at River Bluff Saturday, Feb. 16th 9 am to 11 am at River Bluff
WHEN	BY MAIL starting January 30th, 2008 IN PERSON Thursday, Feb. 14th or Saturday, Feb. 16th DEADLINES Monday, Feb. 18th, 2008 Registration deadline for SALL leagues as these leagues have player limits due to city field availability
WHAT TO BRING	Registration form Payment Make the check payable to the organization listed in the League description (SALL or SAYB) First year players must include copy of birth certificate
WHAT ELSE	LATE REGISTRATION  Late registrations must be sent by mail with payment. Players will be placed on waiting lists, subject to availability $25 LATE FEE SALL registrations mailed after March 1, 2008 must include an additional $25 late fee to be accepted. REGISTRATION ENDS Registrations are NOT accepted after April 5, 2008.
